Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 24, 2026

1. Introduction

Long Lake ("we," "us," or "our") operates Nexus, an AI-powered workplace assistant ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the Service. By using Nexus, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account. We also collect the queries, messages, and other content you submit through the Service. If you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), we access data from those services as authorized by you and your organization. We automatically collect usage data, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process and respond to your queries using AI models; improve and personalize the Service; communicate with you regarding support and updates; monitor usage patterns; detect and address security threats; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Nexus uses third-party AI models (including models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to process your queries and generate responses. When you submit a query, relevant content may be sent to these providers for processing. These providers are contractually obligated not to use your data to train their models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with your organization's administrators if your account is managed by an organization; with service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, analytics, AI model providers); as required by law, regulation, or legal process; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at tech@llmh.com.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
